Akkodis is seeking an OT Systems Administrator for a 12 to 24 Months contract position with a client located in Martinez, CA 94553. Ideally looking for applicants with a strong working knowledge or experience with 5 or more years of experience supporting OT (Operational Technology) servers in an industrial infrastructure environment, i.e Oil & Gas, Lumber, petrochemical, industrial manufacturing. Strong knowledge of OT Server admin task, such patching, server hardware, and software comes as a plus.

Pay Range: $55/hr on W2 - $65/hr on W2 (without benefits) ,the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Interview process: 1st - 30 minute TEAMS 2nd - Onsite/In-person
Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday Onsite
start time for shift is open to 6:30am to 8;30am, then 8 hour work day.
Reason for role: Current team is TWO Admin/Engineers, need to add 3rd OT Sys Admin to team.
No On-Call.
This team is responsible for the AIR GAP network which controls the facility.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced OT Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining critical IT infrastructure to ensure system integrity, security, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform OT (Operational Technology) server system administration tasks under general direction.
- Ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are integrated into organizational IT planning.
- Install, maintain, configure, and ensure integrity of computer software
- Recover corrupted data and eliminate redundancy.
- Ensure integrity of applications and data.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 or more years’ experience supporting OT (Operational Technology) servers in an industrial infrastructure environment, i.e. Oil & Gas, Lumber, petrochemical, industrial manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OT Server admin task, such patching, server hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in managing servers, i.e. Honeywell, Foxboro, etc.
- Plus to have network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches).
