Description:Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our dance studio The Dance Factory in Fairfield, CA. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. ScheduleMonday-Friday 2:00-8:00 PMSaturdays 8:30 AM-12:00 PMPrimary responsibilities includeGreeting students and families arriving for classes and direct them as neededResponding to scheduling and enrollment related phone calls and emails from students and familiesInterfacing with teachers and other staff and helping with eventsGeneral administrative tasks as neededThe successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in dance and dance education would be an asset.Pay will be commensurate with experience.
