Akkodis is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician for an onsite, 6 month contract opportunity with our global technology client located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Rate: $25-28/hr. on W2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
What you’ll do
• Provide full-time TechBar support, assisting end users with hardware and software issues
• Perform hardware repair, software installation, device imaging, and IMAC activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical problems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent IT support coverage
Required skills and experience
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments and Dell PCs
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Nice to have
• A Certification
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
