Position Title: HR Project Support Specialist (S/4 Hana)
Location: Lakewood, Colorado (Hybrid)
Working Schedule: Onsite hybrid; limited extended hours may be needed during onboarding waves or major project activities.
Contract Details: 3–6 months
Rate Range: $32/hour to $44/hour (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

A medical device company that develops machines for Blood Cell Therapy (e.g., cancer treatments).
Job Summary:
This role provides hands-on HR support during the ramp-up and early stages of the S/4HANA project. The primary focus is coordinating project staffing, onboarding associates into project roles, organizing HR-related project activities, and supporting the HR team with administrative and operational project tasks. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, project leadership, talent acquisition, functional managers, and workstream leads to ensure project resources are identified, assigned, and supported as the implementation begins.
Essential Duties:
Support HR Project Staffing & Onboarding: Assist HR Business Partners and functional leaders in identifying and selecting associates for S/4HANA project roles, maintaining an accurate staffing plan, tracking backfill needs, and coordinating onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for internal and external project resources.
Maintain Project Documentation & Data Readiness: Organize and maintain project documentation and shared folders, support data gathering and validation activities, and assist with documentation clean-up, file organization, and preparation of materials required for HR process reviews. Track tasks, dependencies, and deliverables related to HR data readiness.
Coordinate HR Communications & Cross-Functional Alignment: Draft communications related to staffing, onboarding, and HR project updates, and coordinate information flow between HR teams, project managers, and functional leaders to ensure alignment.
Provide HR Administrative Support: Assist HR Business Partners with scheduling, preparing standard HR documents, maintaining associate records, and assisting with HR activities to help balance day-to-day operations with project commitments.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years HR experience (HR coordinator, HR assistant, HR generalist, or similar).
- Experience supporting staffing, recruiting coordination, or onboarding activities preferred.
- Experience supporting system or ERP implementation is helpful but not required.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, project teams, and functional leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or SAP/S/4HANA is a plus.
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
