Entry Level IT Service Desk Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Entry Level IT Service Desk Analyst for a contract role in Erie, Pennsylvania , Ideally, looking for applicants with a basic knowledge of trouble shooting , customer service etc.

Pay Rate:$17 to 18/HR. on w2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all assigned tickets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain user satisfaction.

Education Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
