We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who is interested in working for a great organization. This is initially a contract role with opportunities to go full time.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 month contract with opportunities for extension or conversion to full time
Pay: $22-25/hour
Job Duties
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across internal systems and databases
- Review and validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; resolve discrepancies as needed
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas) to organize, analyze, and report on data
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to collect, verify, and update critical information
- Track and manage vendor records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Assist with audits by preparing and validating required data and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient with Excel
- Ability to be on-site 5 days a week
- Must currently live in Georgia
