UX Strategist

Akkodis is seeking an UX Strategist for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. You will deliver expert-level UI design and user experience strategies by creating intuitive layouts and prototypes aligned with business goals.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UX Strategist Job Responsibilities Include

• Design highly usable UI layouts, navigation, and content elements that align with business and marketing goals while maximizing system performance.
• Translate business needs into user-centered designs and documentation, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of user feedback and data to make informed design decisions and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to deliver prototypes, design solutions, and strategy presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with latest technology standards and oversee testing of coded UI for adherence to design specifications.
• Mentor and train junior staff in UX best practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX strategy, UI design, and user-centered design principles.
• Advanced expertise in creating intuitive, user-focused designs and prototypes using modern UX tools and methodologies.
• Strong ability to analyze user feedback and data to make informed design decisions, with experience presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
