Treasury Advisor / Technical Support

Akkodis is seeking a Treasury Advisor / Technical Support for a Contract job with a client in Miami, FL(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of payments, receipts, and reporting services, with the ability to clearly communicate technical requirements to clients and internal teams.

Rate Range: $36/hour to $38/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Treasury Advisor/Technical Support Job Responsibilities Include

• Supporting the onboarding of large corporate clients in LATAM, ensuring seamless implementation of complex Treasury Services products.
• Acting as the primary technical contact for all aspects of Treasury product implementations, liaising with both clients and product teams.
• Gathering and documenting client requirements, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of payment, receipt, and reporting services.
• Explaining technical options to clients and providing consultative advice on suitable solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolutions to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensuring accurate data transmission and inspecting files to meet specified formats and requirements.
• Building strong relationships with clients, maintaining high levels of trust and confidence throughout the implementation process.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in a related field.
• 5 years in a similar client-facing role, with experience in Treasury products or technical support.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Payments, Receipts, and Information Reporting products, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients.

Pay Details: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
