Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA(Hybrid). Candidates must have strong expertise in Java frameworks and AWS architecture while leading development of RESTful APIs and implementing secure, high-performing solutions.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour

Requirements

Technical Lead Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure applications using Java (11/17), Angular, and AWS services.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions following best practices.
- Manage cloud deployments and infrastructure on AWS, including Lambda, ECS, S3, and Step Functions.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and CloudFormation for automated deployments.
- Ensure application security through IAM policies, AWS Secrets Manager, and secure API development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, providing technical leadership and mentoring.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in full-stack development with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Java (11/17), Angular, and Spring Boot for building scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS, S3, Step Functions) and CI/CD pipelines.
