Technical Lead - Patient Strategy

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead - Patient Strategy for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. This role requires proven capability in patient‑focused CRM technologies as a core qualification, with responsibility for architecting integrated data flows across Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS.

Rate Range: $71/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead - Patient Strategy Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead solution design and integration across Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS, and other patient platforms to ensure a unified, accurate patient data ecosystem.
• Architect and orchestrate AI-driven patient engagement workflows, including real‑time nudges powered by data from the enterprise Data Lake.
• Develop and optimize custom AI agents using AWS Bedrock and related AWS services (Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena).
• Analyze complex datasets, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve data pipelines and workflows for scalability and performance.
• Ensure all digital solutions comply with HIPAA and global privacy standards through strong data governance practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and non-technical teams to communicate complex concepts and drive adoption of patient engagement solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–12 years of overall experience, with significant hands‑on work in Patient CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, or AWS-based healthcare solutions.
• Proven expertise designing and delivering scalable, compliant digital solutions within the Pharma Commercial or Patient Services domain.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Details: $71.00 to $75.00 per hour
