Akkodis is seeking a Technical Customer Support for a Contract to Hire with a client in Westminster, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving account and product issues, managing support queues, and ensuring timely, empathetic communication across all channels.
Rate Range: $23/hour to 24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Customer Support Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour

Technical Customer Support Job Responsibilities Include
- Deliver empathetic and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat, building trust and rapport through active listening and clear communication.
- Respond to approximately 25 email and 10 phone inquiries daily, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to team SLAs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to SketchUp, including installation, extensions, crashes, and bug tracking, while minimizing customer downtime.
- Assist with account and subscription management, including billing, refunds, entitlement, and authorization concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and case details across communication channels to maintain accurate records and support seamless follow-ups.
- Proactively manage personal support queues and backlogs, resolving aging requests efficiently to maintain optimal workflow.
- Utilize internal knowledge bases and escalation protocols to resolve issues effectively and ensure proper routing of complex cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2 years providing customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software installations, extensions, and system crashes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically to diverse audiences.
