Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ/ Raleigh, NC(Remote). Candidate must have the ability to configure and manage Five9 environments by administering call flows, skills, reporting, and user management.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour

Requirements

System Administrator Job Responsibilities Include
- Configures Five9 VCC call flows, skills, reporting setups, and user management to support daily operations.
- Develops IVA workflows including task flows, speech recognition tuning, and NLP‑based interactions.
- Supports end users directly by addressing issues, handling requests, and ensuring smooth platform functioning.
- Collaborates with Agile teams to align communication workflow enhancements with sprint goals.
- Troubleshoots system behaviours, IVA logic, and integration issues across Five9 and related tools.
- Applies JavaScript for workflow customization and feature enhancements where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in contact‑center technologies or communication platform administration.
- Strong capability in administering Five9 VCC, including call flow configuration, skills setup, reporting, and user management.
- Proven ability to design and optimize IVA workflows with speech recognition and NLP features while providing direct user support in Agile environments.
