Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. The candidate must have solid hands‑on experience in GenX CPQ L1–L2 support to troubleshoot quote‑to‑cash issues and maintain existing Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Rate Range: $56/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $64.00 per hour

Requirements

Support Executive Job Responsibilities Include
- Troubleshoot quote to cash issues including product bundle errors, pricing discrepancies, and quote template problems.
- Manage user access, basic configuration changes, and CPQ navigation support for day-to-day operations.
- Identify system errors during quote generation or configuration and escalate complex cases to L2/L3 when needed.
- Support contracting and renewal processes by resolving issues related to contract activation and auto renewals.
- Assist users with product features, configuration attributes, and pricing options to ensure accurate quote creation.
- Handle ticket management activities including timely resolution of user queries and proper documentation of escalated issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience supporting CPQ systems (L1/L2).
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of GenX CPQ processes including product bundles, pricing, and configuration troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage user access, resolve quote‑to‑cash issues, and escalate complex technical cases to higher support tiers.
