Study Facilitation Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Study Facilitation Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee study environments, gather and validate quantitative system data, and communicate daily progress and issues to ensure seamless data collection.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Study Facilitation Support Executive Job Responsibilities Include

• Facilitate and moderate in‑person user studies, ensuring adherence to complex and dynamic study protocols.
• Prepare, configure, and troubleshoot study devices and equipment, including basic software installation and command‑line operations.
• Collect, validate, and track quantitative data from study sessions while documenting any protocol deviations or study issues.
• Coordinate participant communication, scheduling, and study session logistics to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and report study progress, providing timely updates and raising issues or risks to data consumers and project stakeholders.
• Set up and break down study environments daily, maintaining a positive participant experience and ensuring all technical and operational needs are met.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in study facilitation or user research operations.
• Strong proficiency in Unix shell scripting and text‑processing tools for device setup and data handling.
• Experience supporting product user‑experience studies, including data collection, troubleshooting, and participant management.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
