Akkodis is seeking an Sr. Technical Program manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. You will drive enterprise-scale technology modernization programs, ensuring successful ERP and data platform transformations without disrupting validated processes.
Rate Range: $52/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr. Technical Program Manager Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $52.00 to $54.00 per hour

Sr. Technical Program Manager Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead enterprise-scale technology modernization programs, including ERP (SAP S/4HANA), data platform transformations, and R&D system migrations, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption to validated processes.
- Drive DevSecOps/DevOps adoption in regulated environments (FDA, ISO 13485, HIPAA), establishing secure and compliant delivery pipelines.
- Manage global, cross-functional programs across engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial organizations to align strategy and execution.
- Oversee technical debt reduction and platform harmonization initiatives, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams to implement governance and lifecycle standards.
- Implement enterprise-level change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training for successful adoption.
- Provide executive-level reporting and governance, delivering KPIs, risk assessments, and program updates to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 10 years leading enterprise-scale technology programs, including regulated environments
- Proven success driving DevSecOps/DevOps adoption with compliance alignment (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, HIPAA)
- Demonstrated experience delivering ERP/data platform transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) without disrupting validated manufacturing/regulatory processes.
