ServiceNow ITIL Developer with Change Management

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow ITIL Developer with Change Management for a Contract with a client in Stamford, CT (Remote). The ideal candidate architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions by designing, developing, and deploying workflows that support Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management while ensuring ITIL-aligned service delivery.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow ITIL Developer With Change Management Job Responsibilities Include

• Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solutions supporting Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management in alignment with ITIL standards.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules) to automate workflows, enforce data integrity, and enhance user experience.
• Build and manage integrations using REST and Scripted REST APIs to ensure seamless data exchange with external enterprise systems.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer and legacy Workflow to streamline IT processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and manage custom ServiceNow Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards to support reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable digital workflows that improve service delivery and compliance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on ITSM modules.
• ITIL Foundation certification with proven experience designing and implementing ITIL-aligned ITSM processes in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and REST/API integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
