Salesforce Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Wilmington, DE. You will design scalable solutions, architect complex integrations, and guide development teams in best‑practice delivery.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Technical Lead Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and high‑performance Salesforce solutions.
• Architect data models, system integrations, and application flows, including ERP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Copado.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while ensuring performance optimization, storefront tuning, and integration reliability.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or technical leadership, including hands‑on Commerce Cloud expertise.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations (ERP, APIs, middleware).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, enforce best practices, and deliver scalable multi‑cloud Salesforce solutions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
