Salesforce Auto Cloud Platform Lead Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Auto Cloud Platform Lead Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. This position is responsible for designing scalable, secure end‑to‑end solutions and driving integration architecture, while overseeing technical leadership across development, DevOps, and stakeholder collaboration.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Auto Cloud Platform Lead Developer Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalable, secure designs across Auto Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and core Salesforce platforms.
• Drive technical leadership for development teams, overseeing Apex, LWC, OmniStudio components, integrations, and platform best practices.
• Own data modeling, system landscape design, and API‑led integration architecture, including middleware workflows (MuleSoft/TIBCO preferred).
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to support estimation, planning, risk management, and delivery execution.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and platform security through robust roles, permissions, data privacy controls, and audit support.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 10 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and enterprise‑scale implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Auto Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and core Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, Flows).
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end solution design, integration architecture, and CI/CD delivery across multi‑org or large enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
