Program Manager III Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $83.00 to $85.00 per hour

Program Manager III Job Responsibilities Include
- Drive implementation schedules for high‑impact process automation projects while ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.
- Manage shared resources efficiently and coordinate with internal and external partners to support parallel project delivery.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of automation solutions, aligning teams and functions toward optimized business processes.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, escalating key issues and presenting options to stakeholders and executives.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration within Worldwide Operations and other functional organizations to streamline process improvements.
- Oversee project documentation, timelines, and action items to ensure consistent progress and successful delivery of automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required, engineering degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience managing project teams and delivering process automation or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to implement automation using RPA, APA, and workflow orchestration tools while driving complex initiatives under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to present to management and collaborate across functional organizations.
