Program Manager III

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager III for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. The candidate must have strong expertise in managing process automation initiatives and leading complex, cross‑functional projects to be considered for this role.

Rate Range: $83/hour to $85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Manager III Job Responsibilities Include

• Drive implementation schedules for high‑impact process automation projects while ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.
• Manage shared resources efficiently and coordinate with internal and external partners to support parallel project delivery.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of automation solutions, aligning teams and functions toward optimized business processes.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, escalating key issues and presenting options to stakeholders and executives.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration within Worldwide Operations and other functional organizations to streamline process improvements.
• Oversee project documentation, timelines, and action items to ensure consistent progress and successful delivery of automation initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, engineering degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience managing project teams and delivering process automation or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to implement automation using RPA, APA, and workflow orchestration tools while driving complex initiatives under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to present to management and collaborate across functional organizations.

Pay Details: $83.00 to $85.00 per hour
