Akkodis is seeking an Oracle DB Developer for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. You will work closely with Application Development to build new data marts and extracts while supporting monthly production releases and troubleshooting complex data issues.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour

Oracle DB Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with the Application Development team to design and set up new data marts and data extract processes.
- Support monthly production release cycles by ensuring smooth deployment and addressing data-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues using Oracle Exadata and data‑warehousing best practices.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code, stored procedures, and ANSI SQL queries.
- Manage and monitor table spaces to ensure database performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Apply Agile methodologies to deliver enhancements while ensuring alignment with Star Schema architecture standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience as an Oracle Database Developer.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Exadata, and data‑warehousing concepts.
- Proven ability to build and optimize data marts, troubleshoot complex data issues, and work effectively within Agile methodologies.
