Product Manager IV

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager IV for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA(Hybrid). The candidate must have strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into functional specifications and rapid AI‑driven application prototypes to be considered for this role.

Rate Range: $110/hour to $112/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Manager IV Job Responsibilities Include

• Facilitate structured requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders to uncover true business needs and translate them into clear specifications.
• Convert business requirements into functional specs and interaction models that guide rapid prototype development.
• Build working application prototypes using agentic AI development tools, demonstrating real interactions and workflows.
• Iterate quickly on prototypes based on stakeholder feedback, distinguishing between requirement changes and implementation refinements.
• Present prototypes in structured review sessions while maintaining clear documentation and a changelog of decisions.
• Collaborate across product, design, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business intent and prototype functionality.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in requirements facilitation, functional specification writing, and rapid prototype development.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into functional specifications, interaction models, and clear user‑focused documentation.
• Hands‑on proficiency with agentic AI coding tools and the capability to build working application prototypes with real interactions.

Pay Details: $110.00 to $112.00 per hour
