Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional collaboration and oversee UAT and process‑improvement initiatives to support strategic objectives.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $48/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Product Owner Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour

Requirements

Product Owner Job Responsibilities Include
- Drive product vision and strategy by translating business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog while coordinating multiple projects in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Lead UAT cycles, ensuring test planning, execution, and alignment with business expectations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence key partners to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of product initiatives.
- Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.
- Mitigate risks and support change management through strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role within an agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Proven experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, or strategic transformation efforts.
