Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a Contract with a client in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will drive strategic capability design while overseeing platform enhancements and ensuring end‑to‑end operational excellence.
Rate Range: $34/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Product Owner Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $34.00 to $41.00 per hour

Product Owner Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead strategic capability planning to define enterprise solutions and guide long‑range ServiceNow platform vision.
- Partner with business teams to analyze end‑to‑end processes and oversee the design and delivery of new ServiceNow/IRM capabilities.
- Ensure operational excellence by driving simplified, scalable, and automation‑focused solutions aligned with out‑of‑the‑box best practices.
- Stay ahead of product releases to maximize platform value, enabling the adoption of new features and innovative enhancements.
- Develop and manage enterprise metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to accelerate transformation and measure service performance.
- Champion change leadership by educating stakeholders, promoting platform value, and driving alignment across global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent 10 years of IT experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the software development lifecycle; 6–8 years preferred for related ServiceNow work.
- Strong communication and cross‑organizational influence with the ability to guide decisions and outcomes without direct authority.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, with preference for CSA certification and experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
