Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. You will define and execute product roadmaps while driving end‑to‑end lifecycle delivery and partnering cross‑functionally to scale recommendation and experimentation capabilities.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Manager Job Responsibilities Include

• Define and execute the product roadmap for personalization across web, mobile, and marketing channels to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
• Build and scale AI/ML‑driven personalization features such as recommendations, segmentation, dynamic content, and cross‑sell experiences.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of scalable, data‑driven solutions aligned with governance and compliance standards.
• Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B testing), monitor engagement and conversion KPIs, and use insights to continuously optimize personalization models and strategies.
• Develop clear product narratives and communicate technical concepts in business terms to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on digital products or personalization.
• Strong techno‑functional background with expertise in APIs, data platforms, system integrations, and AI/ML‑driven personalization.
• Proven experience delivering customer‑facing digital products and managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle within enterprise environments or similar ecosystems.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
