Akkodis is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer for a Contract position supporting Digital Workplace initiatives in San Antonio, TX (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). The selected candidate will design and deliver enterprise‑grade Power Platform solutions aligned with Digital Workplace strategy, engineering standards, governance, and operational frameworks.
Pay Range: $42/hour – $50/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Software Developer – Power Platform Job Responsibilities Include
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade Power Platform applications supporting Digital Workplace initiatives.
- Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven) for business processes, forms, and data‑capture solutions.
- Develop end‑to‑end automated workflows using Power Automate, including approvals, notifications, and cross‑system orchestration.
- Design and maintain Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, schemas, and business rules.
- Align solutions with enterprise Power Platform patterns and standards defined in AI & Power engineering functions.
- Provide baseline Copilot Studio integrations, such as connecting Power Automate workflows and actions where applicable.
- Support process automation, workflow management, and enterprise data collection initiatives.
- Strong experience developing Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps.
- Experience building business‑process applications, forms, and enterprise data‑capture solutions.
- Ability to implement solutions aligned with enterprise design patterns.
- Strong experience creating end‑to‑end workflows.
- Experience with approvals, notifications, and orchestration across systems.
- Ability to support operational efficiency and workflow management objectives.
- Foundational familiarity (no deep bot engineering required).
- Experience creating basic copilots or integrating Power Platform workflows into Copilot Studio.
- Understanding of Copilot Studio’s role within Digital Workplace enablement and future roadmap alignment.
- Delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions supporting digital modernization or operational efficiency.
- Participation in initiatives aligned with Digital Workplace 2026 (automation foundations, collaboration, digital fluency).
- Experience working in engineering‑aligned structures such as DEX Engineering, Enablement, Governance, or Operations.
- Production‑ready Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven).
- Automated Power Automate workflows that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Dataverse‑backed data models and structured application components.
- Light Copilot Studio integrations where applicable.
- Complete documentation and hand‑off materials aligned with governance and engineering standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field).
Pay Details: $42.00 to $50.00 per hour
