Role: Power Platform Developer (Copilot Studio)
Location: San Antonio, TX/ Findlay, OH (4 days of a week Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, with emphasis on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and supporting Copilot Studio agents in an enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of enterprise ALM and SDLC practices, including environment strategy, source control, solution packaging, deployments, and change management
- Experience operating within regulated or controlled environments where auditability, approvals, and rollback matter
- Proven experience working with Power Platform connectors, including creating and managing custom connectors
- Experience integrating with Tier 1 enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, identity, ticketing, or finance platforms)
- Comfort navigating API documentation, authentication patterns, and data security considerations
- Ability to work within defined guardrails while still moving quickly
- Strong documentation habits to support supportability, handoff, and audit needs
- Clear communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors
