Oracle Fusion Security Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an Oracle Fusion Security Specialist for a contract to Hire with a client in Denton, TX. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Oracle Security Console and IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and automated provisioning to be considered for this role.

Rate Range: $50–$60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Oracle Fusion Security Specialist Job Responsibilities Include

• Administer and manage user roles, permissions, and security configurations within Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Design and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) to ensure compliance and minimize security risks.
• Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including SSO, MFA, and automated provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Monitor user activity and access patterns, detect anomalies, and support internal and external audit processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into secure, auditable access models.
• Maintain documentation and stay current on security trends, tools, and compliance standards like FERPA and HIPAA.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Security administration.
• Proven expertise in managing RBAC, SoD, and Oracle Security Console across HCM, ERP, and EPM modules.
• Hands-on experience with IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and automated provisioning/de-provisioning processes.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
