Rate Range: $31/hour to $31.96/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $31.96 per hour

Manufacturing Eng General Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead end‑to‑end program management for new vehicle and powertrain launches, ensuring adherence to timing, budget, and quality targets.
- Manage pre‑production build events, including planning, execution, and issue resolution to meet program objectives.
- Coordinate vehicle fleet management activities, including ordering, testing, evaluation, and disposition of pre‑production vehicles.
- Drive cross‑functional issue management processes, proactively identifying risks and leading teams to timely resolution.
- Oversee design change and engineering change management to ensure readiness prior to prototype and production builds.
- Prepare and present launch status reports and risk assessments, effectively communicating program readiness to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in vehicle or powertrain manufacturing, program management, or new model launch activities.
- Proven experience in program management, including issue tracking, cross‑functional coordination, and adherence to launch processes and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on experience using statistical or structured problem‑solving methodologies.
