Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX. You will maintain and govern enterprise data assets by managing business glossaries, data lineage, and data quality rules.
Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Lead Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour

Requirements

Lead Job Responsibilities Include
- Maintain and update the Business Glossary of data asset definitions to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Identify, document, and track Data Lineage for critical data assets to support transparency and compliance.
- Profile data assets and define Data Quality rules in collaboration with business teams, implementing them in Informatica Data Quality tools.
- Monitor and review Data Quality results, performing root cause analysis and coordinating issue resolution with business and technology partners.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure governed data assets are accessible in enterprise data repositories.
- Create and maintain business process flows and data mappings and participate in data owner forums to drive governance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant industry experience in Data Stewardship or Data Governance.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining Business Glossaries and mapping Data Lineage.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL for data profiling and familiarity with Informatica Data Governance tools.
