Junior Full Stack Developer + Python

Akkodis is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer Python for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on full‑stack expertise in Python and cloud-based architectures, enabling them to build scalable data pipelines and design modern, user-friendly web applications.

Rate Range: $51/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Junior Full Stack Developer Python job responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Python, AWS, and SQL/Snowflake to support business analytics and operations.
• Design and build modern, responsive web applications using React, Material UI, and related front‑end frameworks.
• Create and optimize infrastructure components supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across various data sources.
• Implement internal process improvements, including automation of manual tasks and redesigning systems for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data, product, design, and leadership—to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver full‑stack solutions.
• Develop analytical tools and dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for operational and business decision-making.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development and cloud-based data engineering.
• Proven ability to design and deliver full‑stack solutions using Python, React, and AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, Redshift).
• Strong experience with data pipelines, orchestration tools (Apache Airflow), and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Pay Details: $51.00 to $55.00 per hour
