Enterprise Architect

Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a Contract with a client in West Lake, CA/Carrolton, TX. A Data Modeler is responsible for designing and optimizing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support scalable enterprise data platforms.

Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Enterprise Architect Job Responsibilities Include

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with enterprise data architecture standards and business requirements.
• Build and optimize Snowflake data warehouse models to improve performance, scalability, and analytical accessibility.
• Develop complex SQL for data transformation, validation, and analysis across structured and semi‑structured datasets.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, data engineers, analysts, and business teams to convert requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Implement data modelling best practices, naming standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Maintain data lineage, metadata, and technical documentation to support governance and enterprise data visibility.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience, including 8 years focused on data modelling and database design.
• Must have strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL for modelling, transformation, and optimization.
• Must be proficient in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models while working with structured and semi‑structured data.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
