Empyrean Developer

Akkodis is seeking an Empyrean Developer for a Contract with a client in Stamford, CT(Remote). The candidate will support and maintain the Empyrean application by troubleshooting issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and ensuring stable system performance.

Rate Range: 53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Empyrean Developer Job Responsibilities Include

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for the Empyrean application, ensuring system stability, availability, and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot application issues by performing root‑cause analysis and implementing fixes, enhancements, or configuration updates as needed.
• Assist business users with system navigation, data validation, and reporting requirements while maintaining high service levels.
• Support integrations with other enterprise systems through data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring of interface workflows.
• Participate in application upgrades, patches, and cloud migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and support processes to maintain accurate knowledge artifacts and improve operational efficiency.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 6–8 years of experience in application support, maintenance, or enterprise system operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience supporting enterprise applications, performing root‑cause analysis, and managing integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Ability to handle system upgrades, patches, and cloud or application migration activities while documenting processes and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
