Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Cambridge, MA. You will implement, maintain, and support ALM templates and environments, ensuring standardization and compliance across domains and projects.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour

Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Implement, maintain, and support ALM templates while standardizing configurations across domains and projects.
- Create and manage domains, projects, template projects, users, and user groups, ensuring proper access and permissions.
- Administer ALM production and integration servers, including license management and outage handling.
- Provide ALM reporting support and troubleshoot user issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Handle change requests and deployments across multiple environments, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards (GxP, SOX).
- Establish and maintain documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and work instructions for consistent operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in ALM administration and support, including older versions and v12.50/v15.5 with VERA.
- Strong expertise in implementing and maintaining ALM templates, managing domains/projects, and user administration.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, handling outages, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, SOX) in a pharmaceutical environment.
