Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. Candidates have successfully delivered AI solutions by creating robust training workflows, optimizing model performance, and collaborating across product and engineering teams.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, fine‑tune, and deploy generative AI and large language models for text, code, and multimodal applications.
• Develop end‑to‑end training pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model adaptation.
• Build scalable ML applications, APIs, and services using Python and leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Create and optimize prompts, and implement evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production across cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OpenShift), ensuring proper scaling and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver innovative AI solutions and integrate new GenAI research advancements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and LLM engineering (fine‑tuning, optimization, deployment).
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OpenShift) and microservices architecture, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
