Data Engineer with AI

Akkodis is seeking a Data Engineer with AI for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. This role requires deep hands‑on experience in cloud‑based data engineering along with developing AI‑driven workflows using Databricks and Tableau.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Engineer With AI Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows within the AWS ecosystem using services such as Redshift, Dremio, and Athena.
• Develop and optimize data models, ensuring high performance, reliability, and efficient query execution.
• Work with Databricks to implement data transformations, machine learning workflows, and AI‑driven analytics solutions.
• Integrate and prepare data for visualization tools like Tableau to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver end‑to‑end cloud data engineering solutions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and best practices across the entire data lifecycle in cloud environments.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 6–8 years of experience in data engineering with hands‑on exposure to cloud platforms.
• Proven expertise with AWS data services including Redshift, Athena, Dremio, and strong experience in Databricks for data processing and AI workflows.
• Ability to build scalable data pipelines and integrate data for analytics tools such as Tableau, ensuring performance, reliability, and security in cloud environments.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $58.00 per hour
