Copilot Trainer

Akkodis is seeking a Copilot Trainer for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. This role requires deep, hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot expertise with proven experience delivering enterprise training—responsible for leading webinars, coaching effective prompt usage, and translating real business workflows into scalable Copilot use cases.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Copilot Trainer Job Responsibilities Include

• Deliver role-based Microsoft 365 Copilot training through live webinars, demos, hands-on labs, and recorded learning assets mapped to real business tasks.
• Coach users on effective prompt writing and maintain a persona-based prompt library to improve output quality and adoption at scale.
• Conduct persona discovery and day‑in‑the‑life interviews to identify high‑value Copilot use cases and translate insights into targeted training scenarios.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops to map workflows, identify friction points, and build prioritized Copilot use‑case backlogs.
• Design and maintain end‑to‑end lesson plans, learning paths, labs, and facilitator materials aligned to key business functions.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change enablement activities, adoption campaigns, metrics tracking, and train‑the‑trainer programs.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5–10 years of experience in training, digital adoption, change management, or productivity/AI enablement roles.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot training, including webinars, demos, and hands-on labs for enterprise users.
• Strong stakeholder-facing skills with the ability to translate business workflows into Copilot use cases and drive measurable adoption and productivity outcomes.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
