Akkodis is seeking an Application Support for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX/ Kennesaw, GA(Hybrid). Responsibilities include monitoring applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance and preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour

Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:

Application Support Job Responsibilities Include
- Monitor and support applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
- Provide on-call support and triage production tickets/issues.
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with application teams and other support teams to resolve issues.
- Automate daily tasks by writing scripts to streamline BAU activities.
- Identify root causes in code and suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or database.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Oracle, Splunk, and Unix/Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
