Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. The candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in functional and automation testing, with the ability to build and execute high‑quality test suites using modern frameworks.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst Job Responsibilities Include

• Defines comprehensive test strategies, plans, and risk assessments to ensure coverage across complex applications.
• Executes functional, API, and automation test cases while preparing and maintaining required test data.
• Builds and maintains scalable automation frameworks using Playwright to support continuous quality improvements.
• Performs validation, defect analysis, and root‑cause investigations while partnering with development teams for timely resolution.
• Leads troubleshooting efforts for system issues, identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements.
• Collaborates with product, project, and engineering teams to align testing objectives with overall delivery goals.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 6–8 years of experience consistent with the role’s QA and automation responsibilities.
• Meets client expectations by delivering strong functional, API, and automation testing capabilities using modern tools and frameworks.
• Demonstrates the ability to define testing strategies, execute automation using Playwright, and collaborate across multiple development teams as required by the client.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $43.00 per hour
