AI Test Automation Lead

Akkodis is seeking an AI Test Automation Lead for a Contract with a client in Bishops Gate, NJ/West Chester, PA. The ideal candidate will design scalable, AI‑assisted test solutions and collaborate across microservices and full‑stack teams to ensure end‑to‑end product reliability.

Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI Test Automation Lead Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead, mentor, and support the M365/CWP administration team while acting as the primary escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage end-to-end administration of Microsoft 365 Apps, Intune, device management, Azure AD, and security compliance policies.
• Define and implement the roadmap, standards, and strategy for M365, Intune, endpoint management, and related cloud services.
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the M365 environment and associated workflows.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, Networking, and Application teams to ensure secure, seamless, and compliant service delivery.
• Oversee governance, monitoring, configuration, and best practices for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and M365 Advanced Threat Protection.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Azure AD, and endpoint management.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with M365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and M365 security/compliance tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage escalations in complex M365 environments.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
