Akkodis is seeking an Agile Architect for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA. You will lead enterprise Agile transformation by defining and executing the roadmap, driving organizational change, and aligning business strategy with Agile delivery practices.
Rate Range: $95/hour to $98/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Agile Architect Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $95.00 to $98.00 per hour

Agile Architect Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to define and execute the roadmap.
- Coach executives, portfolio leaders, and delivery teams on Agile mindset, DevOps principles, and modern engineering practices.
- Guide adoption of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile, tailoring them to organizational needs.
- Mentor internal coaches and change agents to build sustainable Agile capabilities across the organization.
- Define and track KPIs for Agile maturity and business outcomes, promoting continuous improvement through feedback loops.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings, ensuring alignment between business strategy and Agile delivery practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Agile coaching, transformation leadership, and enterprise-level delivery.
- Certified in SAFe SPC and experienced in implementing scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile.
- Proven ability to coach executives and delivery teams, drive organizational change, and align Agile practices with business strategy.
