Agile Architect

Akkodis is seeking an Agile Architect for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA. You will lead enterprise Agile transformation by defining and executing the roadmap, driving organizational change, and aligning business strategy with Agile delivery practices.

Rate Range: $95/hour to $98/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Agile Architect Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to define and execute the roadmap.
• Coach executives, portfolio leaders, and delivery teams on Agile mindset, DevOps principles, and modern engineering practices.
• Guide adoption of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile, tailoring them to organizational needs.
• Mentor internal coaches and change agents to build sustainable Agile capabilities across the organization.
• Define and track KPIs for Agile maturity and business outcomes, promoting continuous improvement through feedback loops.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings, ensuring alignment between business strategy and Agile delivery practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Agile coaching, transformation leadership, and enterprise-level delivery.
• Certified in SAFe SPC and experienced in implementing scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile.
• Proven ability to coach executives and delivery teams, drive organizational change, and align Agile practices with business strategy.

Pay Details: $95.00 to $98.00 per hour
