Regional Account Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with current and prospective clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to improve operations and productivity
• Present product information, demonstrations, and sales proposals to customers
• Prepare pricing quotes, proposals, contracts, and responses to customer requests
• Manage customer accounts and assist with inventory or order-related concerns
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems
• Investigate and resolve customer issues while ensuring timely follow-up and communication
• Develop sales and territory growth strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
• Attend industry events and trade shows to support networking and business development
• Assist customers with account setup and support resolution of service or credit-related issues
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required
• Previous account management experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable building relationships and generating new business opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Industry-related product or distribution experience is a plus
