This role drives performance across production, safety, quality, engineering, and commercial activities while developing a high‑performing organization capable of supporting long‑term growth. Responsibilities:

• Own full P&L performance, ensuring productivity, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Build and develop a strong leadership bench through talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• Partner with engineering and commercial teams to take new product concepts through development, testing, and launch.
• Provide guidance on metal design, crane design, rigging, and lifting applications.
• Establish standard work, KPIs, and data‑driven processes to improve throughput, quality, and cost.
• Build strong relationships across engineering, sales, supply chain, and corporate leadership.
• Support new business development, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and customer engagement.
• Champion a best‑in‑class safety culture with proactive risk reduction and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and operational management experience.
• Proven success in organizational development, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
• Experience leading new product development from concept to launch (preferred).
• Knowledge of metal design, crane design, rigging, and lifting (preferred).
• Strong background in continuous improvement, KPI development, and standard work.
• Experience in commercial activities such as pricing, negotiations, and contract development.
• Strong commitment to safety, with a track record of building safe work environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills.
• Creative, customer‑focused problem solver with a high sense of accountability.
