What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compounder - 2nd Shift position at Ajulia Executive Search?
2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 10:45pm (M-F)
Duties
- Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix raw materials as per production requirements.
- Follow detailed blending instructions and recipes to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of blending equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize blending processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document blending processes accurately, including batch records and material usage.
- Assist in materials handling, including receiving, storing, and preparing raw materials for blending.
- Participate in training sessions on lean manufacturing techniques and CGMP compliance.
Experience
- Reading batch records and preparing raw ingredients for mixing
- Batching by running mixers, blenders, and hot boxes
- Connecting correct tanks for mixing, holding, and transferring to production lines or totes.
