Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules in ERP/MRP systems, managing workflow and proposing adjustments as needed
- Collaborate across departments to anticipate and resolve potential timeline deviations, ensuring smooth project execution
- Monitor schedule progress and coordinate with project management to address missed milestones or delays
- Lead scheduling meetings with operations teams to review capacity issues, shortages, and schedule performance
- Estimate lead times and track KPIs, including on‑time delivery, project completion, planned vs. actual hours, and schedule attainment, while driving process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of two years’ planning and scheduling experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment handling engineered‑to‑order projects
- Practical knowledge of production, inventory control, and procurement procedures in manufacturing settings
