Role Description
This full-time, on-site Master Production Scheduler role is based in Chaska, MN. The Master Production Scheduler will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing production schedules to meet customer demands. Key duties include overseeing production timelines, coordinating with various departments to ensure effective resource allocation, managing inventory control, analyzing workflow efficiencies, and maintaining clear communication across teams to address planning and scheduling challenges.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning to optimize workflows and ensure on-time delivery
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to evaluate processes and recommend improvements
- Excellent Communication Skills for effective coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Inventory Control to maintain optimal stock levels while reducing waste
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software
- Working knowledge of quality assurance processes; familiarity with ISO or similar certifications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
