Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives by planning, implementing, and evaluating projects to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Manage plant modifications and projects, including equipment specification, cost estimation, procurement, and installation oversight
- Ensure compliance and safety through effective use of Management of Change systems and maintenance of process documentation
- Support operations and maintenance teams in troubleshooting recurring issues, conducting root cause analysis, and driving sustainable solutions
- Oversee project management activities for small to medium projects and provide supervisory support during on‑call rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, with experience in continuous manufacturing processes
- Prefer candidates with approximately 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement
