- Coached, mentored, and trained project staff and quality professionals in QMS principles, enhancing career growth and retention
- Directed quality processes including work planning, pre‑activity meetings, incident reporting, lesson sharing, and follow‑up inspections.
- Established and analyzed KPIs and QIRs, identifying trends and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
- Conducted routine audits, implemented inspection/test plans, reviewed material specifications, and developed risk mitigation strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong foundation in engineering and construction principles
- 7 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector, specializing in water infrastructure projects
- Directed QMS programs, inspection plans, and risk management strategies that improved efficiency and reduced rework across multiple projects
- USACE/NAVFAC/NRC a plus
- Demonstrated ability to enhance project outcomes through structured quality systems and cross‑functional collaboration.
