Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, helping resolve conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Contribute to performance management activities, including facilitating performance reviews and feedback discussions.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies through accurate recordkeeping and regular audits.
- Coordinate and support training and development initiatives to promote employee growth and career advancement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Compile and analyze HR data and reports to guide management decisions and enhance HR strategies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the retail industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Must be skilled in proficient in HR information systems.
- Must be skilled in MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
