A full service law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of employment law experience to join its established Employment Law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience both advising employers on a broad range of employment related issues and representing employers in employment litigation, providing practical, strategic guidance to clients across diverse industries.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of employment law experience
- Experience advising employers on day to day employment matters, including compliance and risk management
- Experience representing employers in employment related litigation
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
- Admission to the New York Bar (a plus)
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- The ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is $154,000 - $165,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
