Requirements
- 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
- Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- J.D. with strong academic credentials
- Admission in Washington, DC

Compensation
- Base salary range: $290,000 - $340,000 annually, depending on experience and class year
